I'm Brittany, and I am the Retail Talent Manager. I oversee all retail recruitment for JD, which includes my amazing team, Clare and Kyle. Day-to-day, I recruit for our senior leadership team, such as our Area Managers, and then our Store Managers and Assistant Managers across ANZ.

With 6+ years in recruitment, I've learned that the best hires happen when there's a perfect match between passion, ambition and opportunity.

What drives me? Finding leaders who can see the incredible career progression possibilities at JD Sports. I genuinely believe we have some of the best mentors and leaders in retail, and I love connecting people with managers who will invest in their growth and help them reach their potential.
