Interviewing Tips & Insights
-
The interview format depends on the role. For retail, it might be a group or one-on-one interview, either in person or over the phone. For retail management roles, we usually begin with a phone interview before inviting you for an in-person interview.
Support Office and Distribution Centre roles usually have a one-on-one or panel interview, either virtually or in person.
Whatever the format, we’ll always let you know in advance!
