THE ROLE
JD Sports is on the lookout for a Product Manager – APAC to join our Digital team!
This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of JD’s digital ecommerce experiences across web and app within the APAC region. You’ll shape how customers interact with our digital platforms by blending innovation, design thinking, and commercial insight to deliver best-in-class online experiences.
Reporting to both the Head of Product (UK) and the Digital Director (APAC), this role will:
- Define and execute the APAC digital product roadmap aligned to global strategy and local market needs
- Lead the development of new features and enhancements across ecommerce platforms to improve conversion, engagement, and omnichannel experiences
- Collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders including development, UX/UI, trading, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Use data and CRO tools to monitor performance, optimise customer journeys, and identify opportunities for innovation
- Lead a small agile squad to deliver impactful digital solutions, ensuring efficient sprint cycles and stakeholder communication
- Champion customer-centric design principles to ensure JD remains at the forefront of digital retail excellence

WHO YOU ARE
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a digital/ecommerce environment
- Proven track record of successfully launching digital products or features
- Strong understanding of ecommerce technologies, platforms, and customer journey optimization
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Experience with data analytics tools and conversion rate optimization practices
- Background in customer-centric product development and user experience design
Desirable:
- Experience in retail or fashion ecommerce industry
- Experience working with global teams and managing regional product requirements
- Familiarity with mobile-first and app ecommerce strategies
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and CRO tools
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Familiarity with search and personalization tools like Algolia, Bloomreach
- Knowledge of AI-powered tools and their application in ecommerce
- Experience with analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
