As a Seasonal Casual, youโll be part of the team bringing energy and creating memorable customer experiences during the busiest and most exciting time of the year. Youโll be a key player in working with your team to smash sales and KPI targets, replenishing stock, whilst offering personalised assistance to our customers who have come seeking the best products and biggest brands.

Once your group interview is done, the Store team will let you know the outcome of your application within 48 hours. If successful, you'll need to provide documents to validate your working rights. Once completed, you'll receive your contract and commence your onboarding! ๐๐

As a seasonal casual, your hours will vary based on the store needs and your availability. We generally aim to schedule as many hours as possible during the busy holiday season. However, there is a mandatory blackout period during peak times, this means we will be asking for your availability during this period. Flexibility can lead to more hours! ๐๐

Youโll earn an hourly rate based on the General Retail Industry Award, which depends on your age, and you'll be paid weekly. Youโll also receive penalties for overtime, weekends, and public holidays. For details on your pay and entitlements, check out the Fair Work website. ๐๐ธ
