THE ROLE
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically sharp Head of Performance Marketing to lead our acquisition strategy across APAC. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, efficiency and market share across both paid and organic channels.
Leading a high-performing team across Paid Media, Affiliates, Paid Social and SEO, you will own significant budget investment and be accountable for delivering strong commercial outcomes across key platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.
This role requires a true player-coach, suiting someone equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on within platforms, data and performance optimisation. The role will be responsible for:
Strategy & Commercial Performance
Own and deliver the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across APAC, aligned to business growth objectives
Drive profitable revenue growth, embedding margin and contribution into all channel decisions
Lead an incrementality-first approach, ensuring investment decisions are grounded in true performance vs attributed metrics
Integrate channel strategy with trading calendars, promotions and wider digital activity
Channel & Platform Leadership
Oversee performance across Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and programmatic
Continuously evolve the channel mix and audience strategies to maximise growth
Lead the organic search strategy, driving sustainable traffic and revenue through SEO and content optimisation
Develop and execute a Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy to ensure visibility in AI-driven search environments
Measurement & Optimisation
Own the measurement and attribution framework, including MMM, MTA and first-party data strategies
Ensure spend is optimised against ROAS, COS and revenue targets across all markets
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing, data-driven team and build strong partnerships with platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and key external partners
Work cross-functionally with Trading, CRM, Data, Finance and Brand teams to deliver integrated outcomes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
Proven experience leading performance marketing in-house within Retail or eCommerce
Strong commercial acumen, with ownership of significant media budgets and revenue targets
Deep expertise in paid media, SEO and advanced measurement (MMM, MTA, attribution)
Hands-on experience across key platforms, not just agency management
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights
A player-coach mindset with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams
Experience operating across APAC markets with an understanding of regional nuance
