THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for a People Operations & Systems Lead to take ownership of our people systems and compliance engine — with Dayforce at the core.
This is a role for a true Dayforce expert — someone who knows how to unlock the full potential of a HRIS, drive automation, and turn systems into a powerful enabler of business performance.
You’ll lead the optimisation of our new platform, ensuring it is fully embedded, efficient, compliant and delivering real value across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding through to payroll, reporting and governance. You’re not just maintaining a system — you’re building and optimising a best-in-class environment that drives efficiency, insight and performance across the business.

Own and optimise Dayforce — driving automation, configuration, upgrades and continuous improvement to maximise system capability
Identify and deliver efficiency gains through smarter workflows, integrations and process design
Partner with IT and managed services to ensure strong governance, security and system integrity
Lead compliance frameworks across payroll, onboarding, data privacy and right-to-work requirements
Stay ahead of legislative changes and embed compliance into systems and processes
Drive data accuracy and integrity across HRIS, payroll and finance platforms
Build and deliver insightful workforce reporting, enabling better business decisions
Lead internal audits, reviews and compliance checks to ensure consistency and fairness
Coach and develop the team on best practice and system efficiencies
Drive automation and transformation initiatives, reducing manual processes and lifting capability
Support key business projects including new store openings, system enhancements and integration initiatives
